New Home Development

Based in the Northern beaches area of Sydney, this contemporary home is an Entertainer's delight.

Complete New Home

This outstanding property was designed and developed from the ground up. With 4 children, our clients wanted a home that really suited a larger family. The flow of the house was very important, as well as ensuring family members could go somewhere for a little peace and quite when they needed it.

Garage Conversion & Loft

This garage was converted from a single storey garage and workshop, into a teenage retreat with loft area above.

This office fit out has completely transformed the way our client operates their business. Allowing a natural work flow from all parts of the business ensures productivity is maximized. The project included a number of new Offices, Reception and Public areas, a Cafe and courtyard, New Bathrooms and service areas. All this overlooked, and flowed out onto the Auction floor.

Additional Level Extension

This single storey project home was extensively renovated, with ground and first floor additions that completely transformed the residence.

Two Storey Rear Addition

A large family room and deck above a spacious master bedroom were added to the rear of this three-bedroom brick residence. Floor to ceiling windows were specified to help capture the bush land views.

First Floor Addition - Parents Retreat

A first floor was added to this weatherboard and fibro cottage with special attention given to maintaining the existing style and character. The use of matching material and windows really makes the new first floor addition look like it was built with the original cottage.
First floor additions can really look great when done properly!
